Acadwings empowers users to make informed educational decisions through verified reviews, transparent data, and expert opinions — all in one digital ecosystem.

2. Getting Started

Creating an Account

• Go to www.acadwings.com/signup.
• Choose your user type: Student, Parent, Expert, or Institution.
• Enter your details, verify your email, and set a secure password.
• Institutions may require verification before their profile goes live.

Logging In

• Visit www.acadwings.com/login.
• Enter your registered email and password.
• Use “Forgot Password” if you can’t access your account.

3. Account Management

Editing Your Profile

• Navigate to My Account → Edit Profile.
• Update your name, profile picture, institution details, or area of expertise.
• For Institutions, verified changes may take up to 48 hours to reflect.

Deleting Your Account

• Go to Settings → Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion; your data will be permanently removed within 15 business days.
• Reviews or posts you’ve shared may remain publicly visible in anonymized form as permitted by our Privacy Policy.

4. Posting & Reviews

For Students and Parents

• You can post reviews or feedback about institutions you’ve attended or interacted with.
• Ensure all reviews are honest, fact-based, and respectful.
• Avoid defamatory or unverifiable statements — such content will be removed.

For Experts

• Share academic insights, research, or mentorship tips responsibly.
• Do not post commercial promotions unless authorized by Acadwings.

For Institutions

• Manage your profile under Institution Dashboard.
• Respond to reviews professionally and courteously.
• Institutions are responsible for ensuring all data and promotional content are accurate.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Acadwings encourages constructive discussion but does not tolerate abuse, spam, or misinformation.

To Report Content

• Click “Report” under any post or review.
• Select a reason (e.g., false information, harassment, spam).
• Our moderation team will review reports within 24–72 hours.

Acadwings may remove content or suspend accounts violating our Community Guidelines or User Agreement.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is our priority.

• We never sell your personal data.
• You can manage cookies, data preferences, and review permissions via Privacy Settings.
• For data deletion or export requests, email privacy@acadwings.com.
